​How do I

place an order?

How do you place an order? Here you can place an order on the site by selecting one of our many products then adding them to the cart, then checking out by clicking on the shopping cart symbol. The second way would be to find us at one of our events listed on our page that we will be attending. And the last way would be to find us in on of the stores we will be placing our product in. So we have many ways to find us, so check us out.

Payment

& Shipping

Payments We Accept: Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, and Pay Pal. We also accept cash during our events or in our stores that we are located in. 

 

Shipping: We charge a flat rate of $5.00 for each order. Shipping is free on orders $40.00 or more. Shipping is Priority USPS so orders should be 2-3 days from order to door.

At the top of the page, you will notice our page is an https:// which means our page is secure for ordering our products. We take security seriously and don't want to compromise any of our customers information.

Returns

Refunds

If you receive your product damaged during the shipping process (broken jar, opened the package, or wrong product) we will either return your money or ship out another jar. For wax melts, the cube is prone to splitting from the other cubes so this we cannot refund you on.

 

For full refunds, it may take 2-3 business days to return your money on your card. (per Square terms and conditions)
